Kim at Florist and Gift Shop was so kind. My neighbor lost a family member on a Saturday morning, and although I didn’t place my order until 3pm, Kim was still able to deliver a beautiful peace lily with an angel ornament to my neighbor by 5pm. My neighbor was so pleased!

Kim was so pleasant to speak with. My mom ordered birthday flowers to be delivered to my job in Ensley. She placed the order from Northern KY, and told me how exceptional Kim’s customer service was, and how nice the experience was. Lovely to have such nice people close to the Five Points West business district. Thanks!

I called Kim on Saturday evening needing a floral arrangement for a viewing on Sunday and Funeral on Monday. I did not specify what flowers to use, I just gave her a dollar amount I wanted to spend. She sent me pictures of the arrangement which did not do it justice. The flowers were beautiful. My daughter was able to attend the funeral and sent me additional pictures. The flowers were delivered in plenty of time for the viewing. If ever I need flowers in the Birmingham area, I would not hesitate to contact Kim again.

Ms Kim and her team are nothing short of exemplary! I called in an order from Indiana to my sister which was in a local hospital. Ms. Kim and her team ensured me the flowers would be delivered to my sisters room and was done so in the time frame she originally confirmed for the order. Kudos to this team and my family & I really appreciated their hard work!

Exceeded my expectations!! The flowers they made and delivered to my daughter are beautiful! She was thrilled. From the time my call was answered to the time the flowers were delivered, the experience was superior. I chose Florist and Gifts from a google search bc I needed to send flowers to my daughter who lives away from me. I picked this florist bc I wanted a local florist and they had great reviews! I am so happy I did!! I highly recommend!!!

This florist absolutely went the extra mile for me. I found I had a need at last minute and found everyone closed, even though their hours said they should be open. This lady was so helpful and delivered my flowers the very next day and sent me a great picture of my flowers.

This was a last minute call and delivery. This shop was wonderful and went out of their way to make my bestie's birthday the best. From the phone call I made to the final delivery, they went above and beyond. I will be using them again.

This shop went above and beyond. I called them late in the day and they had a beautiful flower arrangement sent to St. Vincent's that day. I had called about 4 to 5 florist before I called here. The lady was so sweet and helpful. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating

Ms. Walker did a great job putting together the perfect birthday basket for our seven year old granddaughter! She even went to pick up a requested gift I bought online to add to the basket. She and I talked for a few minutes and I described general desires for the gift, and she delivered 110%. I definitely recommend for local to Birmingham AL deliveries.
